ok. no. not a paradigm shift. i lied. (again)
It started off as an attempt to change my sketching style a bit... it ended up being really no different from what i usually do. XD The only difference is I shaded in the eyes. Lol. After i scanned it in, i decided to give myself a bit of a challenge. I have no tablet, so i always colour using mouse on PS elements. I colour at 100%, abuse the lasso tool XD. I wanted to try a softer shading style, and improve my mouse control, so i lowered colour opacity and DID NOT lasso. D: the end result is this. I like it, actually, maybe ill BS some other sketches i have this way. X3 Ike, Marth, Zero-Suit Samus, Pikachu, Kirby (c) Nintendo. |
